Cancellation Policy

At Garden Boutique Hotel, we strive to make your booking experience as flexible and straightforward as possible. Since all payments are made in person at the hotel reception upon check-in, there are no prepayments or deposits required, and therefore no cancellation fees or penalties apply to any reservation.
1. No Cancellation Fees
All reservations at Garden Boutique Hotel can be cancelled free of charge at any time before your arrival. Since payment is collected at the reception upon check-in, no prepayment is taken and no cancellation fees or penalties will ever be applied. You are free to cancel or modify your booking without any financial obligation.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel or modify your reservation using any of the following methods:
Online via Our Website
Visit the Manage My Booking page on our website. Enter your booking reference number and the email address used during booking to look up your reservation, then follow the steps to cancel.
By Email
Send an email to boutiquehotelgarden@gmail.com with your booking reference number and full name.
By Phone
Call us at +355 69 966 2622 during reception hours (07:00 – 23:00).
3. Group Reservations
Reservations of 4 or more rooms are considered group bookings. For group reservations, we encourage guests to contact us directly to discuss arrangements and any special requirements.
- Group bookings can be arranged via email at boutiquehotelgarden@gmail.com or by phone at +355 69 966 2622.
- No cancellation fees or penalties apply to group reservations.
- We kindly ask that group cancellations be communicated as early as possible so that we can accommodate other guests.
4. Modifications
Changes to your reservation, such as altering dates, room type, or number of guests, are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment. To modify your booking, please use the Manage My Booking page, email us, or call the hotel directly. We recommend making changes as early as possible to ensure availability.
5. No-Show
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not contacted us to cancel or modify your reservation, your booking will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours. No charges or fees will apply, as payment is only collected at reception upon check-in.
